Help to Buy – Wales

From the 1^st April all homes sold through the scheme, will need to meet a minimum of EPC B and the purchase price cap will rise from £250K to £300K. Please note the new criteria of EPC B and rise in price cap will apply to properties purchased from 1^st April 2023.
